I adopted a stray dog that was approximately 7 months old. He was the most
pitiful animal that even my vet had ever seen. Malnutrition was so severe, he
was over 20 lbs underweight and he was almost completely bald. He couldn’t even
be neutered until he gained at least 15 lbs. He was infested with fleas, and
intestinal parasites which left him severely anemic and barely enough strength
to stand up for more than a few minutes at a time. He also smelled so awful even
after bathing him several times because he was also suffering from skin
problems. He had such a sad look in his eyes that we named him Blue Lou. Life

Considering his depleted state, I didn’t expect to see such results in just 30
days. His hair started to grow back not only so thick and shiny but even curls
began to grow around his neck and shoulder areas. His skin cleared up completely
and the awful odor disappeared. He began to play and run and have increasing
energy. The color came back to his gums and skin. My vet couldn’t believe that
he was the same dog. He was absolutely beautiful. We had to change his name to

Pepper’s Story
Pepper is a 4-year-old shizsu dog that was rescued on June 22nd from the City of
Dallas Animal Shelter. He was matted with clumps of hairballs and covered with
ticks and fleas. He was filthy dirty and worse of all, he had dead skin with
oozing puss all down his back. The dead skin was hard and black. From the looks
of the dead skin the Veterinarians guessed the dog had been burned. We got
Pepper cleaned up and started him on medications for the burns and any
infection. He started to feel better, but on July 4th, Pepper’s health turned
for the worse. He collapsed and was taken to the vet. We learned Pepper had
granulomatous meningoencephalitiis, a fatal disease. He was given Prednisone, a
steroid, but the dog was getting worse. When I picked Pepper up from the vet, he
could not walk, bark, or control his bodily movements, and was suffering from
non-stop shaking. I had just listened to a CD about Ron Diamond, who had
undergone a water fast and then went on a raw food diet. Since Pepper was not
eating or drinking my husband and I decided to clean the dog’s system by giving
him water for 11 days. We gave him the water through a syringe daily; he began
to have more energy. He gradually got to where he could drink on his own. After
11 days, he began to have an appetite. I put him on a 100% raw food diet, all
organic. We gave him a lot of vegetables and raw hamburger meat, along with a
vegetarian nutritional supplement powder called The Missing Link. This
combination of nutrition helped Pepper build back his immune system and gave him
strength. The Missing Link supplement had the essential ingredients that helped
Pepper’s hair grow back where he had suffered from the severe burns. I have over
20 years of background in nutrition and when I went to the health store to find
a nutritional supplement that would help Pepper the most, The Missing Link
nutritional powder for animals was far superior over other products that I had
used in the past. During the entire illness, Pepper was treated with homeopathic
medicine. On July 16th Pepper began to drag himself with his front legs. The
back legs were completely immobile. My vet even discussed with me the

dragged himself he would rub sores between his legs and also he could not stand
up to use the bathroom. This only made the sores worse. I did not give up. I was

gave dog massages. Turned out he was certified and had been studying dog massage
and acupressure for years. He even had a business card with a picture of his dog
on it, and a name for the business, Chi Dog. I started to take Pepper for
massage therapy. He started the end of June and is still currently going. He
began walking on all 4 legs several weeks ago. He now is running and is barking,
and is full of life!
The treatments we chose for Pepper, I believe worked. Fasting, organic raw food,

disease. I believe Pepper is cured. For now, Pepper is doing great. Pepper is
now officially a new member of our canine family. He officially got a

best. His hair has grown back from the burns and is shiny and full. Pepper’s
veterinarian has been amazed that Pepper has recovered from his once fatal
diagnosis. He is truly a miracle dog.

We rescued an Australian
Shepherd 2.5 months ago. Although her foster family had had her groomed, we were
a little concerned about the amount she was shedding and her extremely dry skin.
We bought a new package of Missing Link.
After about a week everything sort of calmed down. Even after a bath, the hair
loss and skin flakes were less. Granted, she was probably under a lot of stress
over the past few months, what with having a litter (probably she was a puppy
mill dog), in the shelter and in at least two foster homes.

I am a very active eight year
old Golden Retriever. My sister and I are into lots of fun hobbies like playing
ball and swimming. A little over a year ago I began getting very stiff after a
day of playing. My worst problem was my hips, I would have problems walking.

We have a Chinese Shar-pei, Teddy, who is now 3.5 years old. Teddy has taken The
Missing Link® since he was about 1.5 years old. At that time, he had skin
problems, which are very common with this breed. We tried many products with no

Our dog Samantha is an 11
year old poodle terrier mix, Samantha is blind, diabetic and arthritic. In other
words a real mess, but we love her. She also et thought toss was caused by the
